If a product is available on the website, can I order it?

Yes. If a product is listed on our website, it is available in stock. Our system is directly synchronized with our warehouse.

Will I pay the same price as shown on the website?

Yes. You purchase the product at the price shown when adding it to your cart. Additional discounts may apply if you use coupons, participate in promotions, or have a Club Card.

Can international customers get a Club Card?

No yet. We plan to introduce the Club Card. Once implemented, all customers—regardless of location—will be able to register on our website and apply for a digital Club Card.

Can I be sure about product quality?

Yes. All products are carefully checked. For online orders, items are scanned and manually inspected before being packed and delivered.

Can I place an order by phone or messenger?

Yes. You can contact us via phone, Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram, and our team will assist you in placing your order.

Is it possible to create a pre-order?

Yes. You can add products to your account and complete the purchase later at your convenience.

Can I compare products before buying?

Yes. Our website includes a Compare feature that allows you to check product prices and specifications.

Yes. We support business purchases and can issue invoices for company payments.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We currently work with Yandex Delivery. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on their Tariff

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

No. There is no minimum order requirement.

Can I pay in installments or credit?

Yes. We support Armenian payment systems that allow you to pay in installments directly through your e-wallet or banking app.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, ArCa, American Express Cards and Direct Bank Transfer. You can also pay via e-wallets such as Idram and Telcell Wallet. Cash on delivery is also available.
