Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

  • The product delivered does not match the item you ordered online
  • The product has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery

Returns are processed upon delivery, in the presence of the courier. Once the product has been accepted and received, it is no longer eligible for return.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, this is considered the responsibility of the delivery service.
In this situation, you should:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

In cases where the product is damaged during delivery, delivered in a defective condition, or does not match the version shown on the website, it will be replaced with a new one. Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible same products, subject to stock availability.
We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Requests must be submitted shortly after receiving the order
  • Products must returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags (when applicable)
  • Each case will be reviewed individually
  • For online purchases, the return of funds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used for the transaction.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on company part (wrong or defective item). If a refund is approved due to a company error, return shipping costs may also be covered.
